Women often face structural disadvantages when marital assets are transferred and disputed, and alimony and child support are untracked, because of a lack of awareness and documented evidence.
Offered in both forms of websites and app, Silent Records enables users to securely record and organize everyday information that is often overlooked but legally significant. Core functions include a Financial Contribution Log documenting shared expenses and investments within the family, and a Household & Care Labor Log, which records unpaid domestic and caregiving work over time. Together, these features transform “invisible” contributions, which means, priceable but unpaid, into tangible and recognizable labor costs.
To reduce risks associated with marital asset transfer, Silent Record incorporates an Asset Snapshot System that periodically documents the existence and continuity of marital assets to prevent altered transparency and concealed property without escalating conflict. Beyond financial assets, the platform also values the safety of human assets. By adding a complementary safety layer that includes a Risk Pattern Journal, Silent Record allows users to privately record early warning signs or escalating behaviors. An optional Emergency Mode is designed for securing data backup and providing instant access to trusted contacts. By doing so, the system helps protect both property belongings and women’s rights.
To leave zero visible records in order to protect users from threats or criminal risk, all data is time-encrypted under a camouflage menu and can be exported into structured evidence in legal formats, allowing the platform to function both as a preventive tracking tool and as a provider of AI-generated documentation suitable for legal review at any time. The design has always been privacy-first, promising low visibility, discretion, and user safety throughout. It appears as a daily-use application and can only be accessed by password. Certain gestures, such as double-clicking the back of the phone, enable instant access or recording. By embedding evidence creation into everyday life, the system helps women enter legal processes with greater preparedness, continuity, and structural advantage.
Beyond documentation and prevention, Silent Record also aims to support legal awareness and informed participation. By offering online courses and legal support, Silent Record encourages women to better understand basic legal principles related to marriage, property, and caregiving, and to engage more confidently with their lawful marital rights. Women’s equality is written into law and should be strengthened among the public through access to knowledge, preparation, and the ability to act with clarity. By seeking to create conditions in which women can make informed decisions, Silent Record ultimately contributes to equality by safeguarding the legitimate rights of women.
